Family Newborn Session

I first met this adorable family a few months ago when we got together to do their maternity session. They are just as sweet as they look and I had such a great time capturing them while they were expecting and after when they had their new little babe in their arms. I always encourage family members to be apart of the newborn session. I love seeing the joy in every single family members face. When we were doing this session this sweet guy gave the biggest smile during the family portion of the studio session, and I just melted and knew this was the shot. it was like he was saying, Cheeeese!! Haha.. I love when I capture babies smiling during their sessions, and I don't care if it might just be because of gassiness. I will take it regardless, and usually parents melt seeing a smiling newborn picture. Who wouldn't, right?! Capturing smiles on newborns is rare, usually they are just sleepy and if they do happen to wake up they are usually just looking around like, what is going on in here? haha.. Newborns and smiles make me happy, and I can't help, but to smile to myself when I see a picture of a baby smiling. It is just so sweet and I love it when I capture it for my families too.
